Gratitude for Craniosacral Therapy

With all the stress and uncertainty in the world these days, I’m particularly grateful to have craniosacral therapy in my life. To be receiving this work from one of my mentors, and to be offering it to others.

When I receive craniosacral therapy, it allows my nervous system to drop to a deep state of quiet. Sometimes it feels like I’m resting on the ocean floor, away from the tides and waves up above. This healing work feels like a necessary reprieve.

On a physical level, my current sessions are helping me release tension held in and around organs like my kidneys, liver, and heart. For many of us, organs are little storage units of unprocessed stress and emotions that are waiting for tending.

Working through this content, in a gentle and consistent way, has shifted how I feel physically and brought more insight and joy into my everyday life.

I’m grateful to have craniosacral therapy to support my own healing, but also because it allows me to offer better care for others.

Especially in these current times, I hope you have resources that can support you on these deeper levels. Whether through bodywork, coaching, meditation, movement, or other avenues, I hope you can access and return to this place of peacefulness inside of you.

If you’re looking to receive craniosacral therapy in the Greater Seattle area, I am currently accepting new clients. You’re welcome to schedule your appointment here.

This can be invaluable for our healing but also to help us feel more anchored and steady when we re-engage with the world.
