Somatic Coaching

Somatic Coaching can help address the issues in your life that stand between where you are today and your vision for the future. Closing this gap involves turning inward and healing old patterns held in your body, in addition to learning new strategies to show up differently in your life.

Somatic Coaching can also help shift your energy and mindset, can provide meaning and clarity, and perhaps surprisingly, can improve your physical health. Curious to learn more?

Somatic Coaching can help you turn inward to:

·      Feel more grounded, even during stressful circumstances.

·      Connect to your intuition.

·      Release tension and emotions held in your body.

·      Clear energetic blocks.

·      Discern your purpose.

·     Get clarity on your vision for the future.

·     Improve your wellbeing.

This inner work can help you show up in your life and work feeling connected to yourself, your people, and your purpose. This in turn can help you feel better and move into the future with clarity and confidence.

How it works:

All somatic coaching sessions are personalized to your specific needs and goals. Sessions include a combination of talking, somatic practices, and energy work.

Somatic coaching sessions are scheduled as part of a 3 month series, though the time-frame may vary depending on your goals. All sessions are virtual.

  • Words from Rose C:

“I have been working with Elizabeth now for a few months and am astonished to feel and see how the work that she facilitates has shifted my life on a very deep level.

I have enjoyed experiencing her craniosacral work as well as somatic coaching, and have benefited immensely from both.

I especially have enjoyed her somatic coaching sessions. They are convenient due to the sessions being virtual, and have been powerful in healing past trauma and understanding my own body and what it tries to teach me and in how it protects me.

I can't recommend Elizabeth enough, and have appreciated her joyful, encouraging, and uplifting attitude in supporting me in shaping and creating the boundaries and understanding I want in my life.”

  • Words from Alexa P:

“Somatic coaching with Elizabeth seems like a next step from talk therapy. Whereas therapy can be a way to review existing patterns and explore the path to the present, coaching served me to find valuable tools to shape my immediate future in a positive way inline with my heart’s desires.

Elizabeth is excellent at making me feel comfortable and at ease and at finding relevant sparklets for discussion. Each session felt natural, heartfelt and profound. It is easy to talk candidly and honestly with Elizabeth, as she brings such qualities of attentive understanding, patience, and warmth.

Each session, Elizabeth organically guided our discussion into actionable goals so that I always walked away feeling seen, heard, inspired, and motivated. Time with Elizabeth always gives beautiful opportunity to slow down and check in with my thoughts and feelings and how they impact my physical body, and visa versa.”

  • Words from Sara W:

“My main fear from starting this process was actually gauging my ability to feel and ask myself what I was feeling from within. And if I was ready to process these feelings to help me deal with past traumas and current stresses in my life.

Sometimes the easy route is avoiding and disassociating from the things that may cause grief, and I was aware this was my go to, and knew it would take work.

What made this process easy, was not only Elizabeth’s ability to understand what I was saying, but the willingness of her to listen and help process and validate my feelings. I felt no shame, only relief that I had found an outlet for these things I felt I was going through.

The somatic practices bring awareness and wonderment to everyday life, and are also fun. In working with Elizabeth, I was able to establish boundaries and limits allowing me to feel safe, honest, and able to grow.”
